Privacy
No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, and a search box that sends nothing anywhere.
No visitor gives anything up on this site. The claim costs nothing to make, so what follows is the whole basis for it, and the point at which it stops.
Your device stays untouched
No cookie is written here. That is why no consent banner interrupts a page: there would be nothing for it to ask about. Nobody is counted either. No comment system, no player, no social widget, no ad network, no pixel, no tag manager, no analytics. No font, script or stylesheet is fetched from anywhere else. Every file a page needs sits on this domain.
Search never leaves the browser
The search index is a static file, downloaded once when the box is first used. Matching happens on your own machine. Nothing typed into it is transmitted, recorded, or seen by anyone. Closing the tab ends it, and no search history survives a visit.
What the host records
The hosting provider keeps standard access logs. A line holds the path requested, a timestamp, the originating IP address, the user-agent string, and a referring page where the browser sends one. Those lines exist to keep the site up and to catch abuse. They become no profile, are matched against no other source, and are neither sold, rented nor handed on.
Nothing asks you for anything
No form. No newsletter. No login. No comments. No survey. No gated download. Nowhere does this site ask for a name, an address, a telephone number or a card. Mail to the desk is held while it is being dealt with, then dropped. It joins no list and goes to nobody else.
Leaving the site
Citations link outward so they can be checked where they live: government hosts, the electronic code, agency guidance, court sites, and the Legal Information Institute run by Cornell. Each of those keeps its own records and sets its own cookies. This page governs one domain and stops at its edge.
One advertiser link
Immigration sponsorship articles each carry one advertising link, marked outbound, pointing to an immigration law firm. It is the only advertising on the site. What those articles say, cite and conclude is unaffected by it, and no other subject carries paid placement. Following it lands a reader on the advertiser's site, where their own privacy practices take over and this page stops mattering. The same disclosure appears on editorial standards and terms.
Children
Adults doing regulated work are the audience. Children are not. Since nobody surrenders anything here at any age, no child surrenders anything either.
If this stops being accurate
Should any statement above cease to hold — one analytics call, one third-party script, one tracking parameter appended to a link — this page is rewritten before the change ships rather than after it. The terms the site is published on are at terms. Questions about either page reach contact@lawwisegroup.com, and contact lists everything else that address handles.
